The Acadia Bay Inn is located at 12 Miramar Ave in Sullivan Harbor, Maine. We are situated directly on the coast, across the bay from Bar Harbor.
The Acadia Bay Inn is approximately 25 miles (a 40-minute drive) from the Hulls Cove Visitor Center entrance to Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor.
We are just a 20 minute drive from the Schoodic Peninsula section of the park in Winter Harbor.

Acadia Bay Inn is part bed and breakfast, part historic seaside inn, part boutique hotel. Built in the 1880s, we offer 7 uniquely styled guest rooms, all with porches, most with king beds, some with water views.

The Acadia Bay Inn is a short drive from Acadia National Park and Bar Habor. But there is so much more to explore!
In our backyard (literally) you can swim in beautiful Frenchman’s Bay. We are a quick 20-minute drive from Winter Harbor and the Schoodic Peninsula section of the park.
There are countless walks, hikes, swims, restaurants, shops and more all within a short drive of the inn. We’re happy to share all of our favorite secret spots when you get here.

Unfortunately, given the historic, intimate nature of the inn, we do not allow pets.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you will be arriving late, please let us know and we can arrange self check-in.

We provide complimentary, on-site parking for one vehicle per guest room.

Yes. A complimentary, locally-sourced breakfast is included daily for all overnight guests. We serve fresh morning coffee, signature entrees, and accommodate dietary restrictions like gluten-free and vegan upon request.

All of our guest rooms are on the second floor, and given the historic nature of the property, we do not have an elevator.
